Our Services
01
youth services (ages 3 - 18)
We provide developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed wellness and mental health support for children and adolescents. Our youth programs create safe, engaging spaces where young people can process experiences, build emotional awareness, strengthen identity, and develop healthy coping and relationship skills through play, expressive arts, movement, psychoeducation, and group connection.
02
adult services (ages 19 - 64)
Our adult services support individuals navigating stress, trauma, recovery, life transitions, parenting, and relationship challenges. We offer holistic, trauma-informed groups and wellness experiences that promote self-awareness, emotional healing, healthy relationships, and sustainable life skills—meeting adults where they are while supporting growth and restoration.
03
senior services (ages 65+)
Our senior wellness programs honor life experiences while supporting emotional health, connection, and purpose in later adulthood. Through reflective groups, mindfulness, expressive activities, and legacy-centered conversations, we create affirming spaces that reduce isolation and promote meaning, dignity, and holistic well-being.
04
family & 2-generation services
Our family services take a 2-Generation (2-Gen) approach, supporting children and caregivers together to strengthen family systems. We work with families impacted by trauma, stress, poverty, justice involvement, and systemic barriers—addressing both child well-being and caregiver capacity to create lasting, generational change.
05
assembling at the well
Assembling at The Well is a Christ-centered ministry that welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life who are seeking spiritual restoration, healing, and connection. This ministry creates a safe, nonjudgmental space for those who are spiritually wounded, weary, or searching for purpose to encounter God’s love through reflection, discussion, prayer, and community. Our goal is to cultivate a welcoming, Christ-centered space where individuals can be spiritually renewed, emotionally supported, and empowered to walk in wholeness—mind, body, and spirit.
